TOPIC: Excessive use of mobiles among Senior Citizens
Mrs Mukta Chaitanya brought out how virtual reality and real lives have blended. She highlighted negative effects of overuse of screen. She further pointed out that dependency on digital screens is seen among all ages and everybody needs to balance its usage. She discussed ways to bring such balance. The lecture hit a nerve with everyone present and the participants left with a resolve to reduce their dependence on mobiles and other gadgets.
